contribute to our community through public service. Everman Fire Department is seeking applicants for Parttime Firefighter/EMT and Firefighter/ Paramedic paid positions (PRN 12 and 24 hr. shifts). Applicants must be
currently certified or certifiable as a TCFP Firefighter Basic and TDSHS EMT-Basic or higher at time of

We are seeking recruits for compensated and non-compensated Firefighter positions. Firefighters that meet
training requirements are eligible for compensation each 12-hour shift worked. No experience or certifications
required to apply. We offer an in-house SFFMA approved Firefighter 1 & 2 academy for all new recruits. With the
completion of the academy, you will gain your SFFMA certification and become eligible to challenge the TCFP
Firefighter Basic Exam. Classes meet 1-2 days weekly with online testing. We also offer CPR certifications and
TDSHS EMR (ECA) classes for all personnel. Next Recruit Academy is scheduled to begin September 2020
