Hanna Ranch Community Meeting EVITE
The developer and the City of Fort Worth Development Services will host a WebEx community construction meeting for the Hanna Ranch development project on Monday, June 14, at 6 p.m. This project impacts the city of Everman and the city of Fort Worth. Please forward this to anyone who I may have missed.
The project will replace three miles of a 50-year-old sewer main – from Wichita Street to four-tenths of a mile east of Forest Hill Drive – to provide for future growth in southeast Fort Worth and the Hanna Ranch development.
The streets impacted by the improvements include:
- Lee Street from Wichita Street to Roy C. Brooks Boulevard
- Roy C Brooks Boulevard from Lee Street to Noble Avenue
- Enon Avenue from South Porter Street to Anglin Circle
- Everman Kennedale Road from Anglin Drive to South Dick Price Road
Hanna Ranch is located southeast of I-35W and Altamesa Boulevard. Fort Worth is partnering with the developer via a Community Facility Agreement for construction of the project.
