This beautiful venue was completed in June 2022. The Civic Center is situated strategically between Wichita and Race with access to parking from both streets. It is also located immediately adjacent to the beautiful Clyde Pittman Park. The Everman Civic Center was designed to serve a variety of purposes to include civic events, conferences, economic support, municipal operations, reception venue and so much more. 

Conference Rooms

The Everman Civic Center has three conference rooms equipped with high-quality technology. The largest conference room (Suite 100) comes equipped with a touchscreen Neat board and Zoom-Room Technology allowing for international collaboration. These rooms are made available to Everman businesses at no cost in an effort to support small businesses and economic growth. These rooms are also utilized for a variety of civic purposes. Furthermore, these rooms make excellent “get-ready” rooms for other special events such as Weddings, Quinceaneras, etc. 

Ballroom

The 5,000 square-foot ballroom is vast with beautiful dry-wall “clouds” that provide such an elegant touch on the room and give a very “Grand” feel to the space. The room is equipped with adjustable lighting so that you can set the appropriate mood and lighting for your event. The ballroom also comes equipped with a 189″ projector screen (18 feet wide) and a 3-D Laser 4K Projector to provide a beautiful and crisp image or video in any environment. The room also comes equipped with audio equipment that is designed for use with conferences, lectures, meetings, or training. With the rental of this venue, the City of Everman will provide tables and chairs at no additional cost (Up to 16 Round (72″) Tables, 20 Rectangular (8′) Tables, and/or 300 Chairs). Tablecloths are available with rentals at an additional cost. Lastly, if desired, the City of Everman will provide a portable two-foot stage for your event (8’x12′). The room has large beautiful windows that let in lots of natural light, but you also have the option to close the blackout shades to keep the mood set to how you would like inside, regardless of the time of day. We are able to accommodate up to 200 people seated with tables, up to 300 seated without tables, and up to 500 standing comfortably.  

Kitchen

The Everman Civic Center has a large commercial catering kitchen. The kitchen is equipped with two large refrigerators, a commercial ice machine, microwave, commercial sinks and a catering warmer. All of these items are available for your use with a rental. Additionally, there is a service window available if desired, or you may choose to keep the window closed to provide separation from your event and the kitchen staff. There is a private catering drive and access door available directly to the kitchen. This provides tremendous convenience for professional catering staff and limits any sort of unsightly intrusion within your event.
