Everman City Ordinance # 480 prohibits the possession, storing, manufacturing, exploding, igniting or selling of fireworks within the Everman city limits or within 5000 ft. of the Everman city limits. This 4th of July weekend, additional officers from the Everman Fire Marshall’s office will be on duty to detect persons in violation of this ordinance. Any person found to be violating this ordinance may be subject to a fine of up to $500.00. Save the fireworks for the professionals and be safe.
