PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE
TAX INCREMENT REINVESTMENT ZONE #1
PROJECT AND FINANCIAL PLAN AMENDMENT
Notice is hereby given that the City Council of the City of Everman, Texas, will hold a public hearing to consider an amendment to the Project Plan and Reinvestment Zone Financing Plan for Tax Increment Reinvestment Zone Number One (TIRZ #1), City of Everman, Texas, in accordance with Chapter 311 of the Texas Tax Code.
The public hearing will be held on:
Date: Tuesday, March 10, 2026 Time: 6:00 p.m. Location: Everman City Hall 213 North Race Street Everman, Texas 76140
The purpose of the public hearing is to receive public comments regarding proposed amendments to the Project and Financing Plan for Tax Increment Reinvestment Zone #1. The proposed amendments may include revisions to project costs, funding allocations, project descriptions, timelines, or other related provisions of the adopted Project and Financing Plan.
All interested persons are invited to attend and participate in the public hearing. Written comments may also be submitted to the City Secretary prior to the meeting at City Hall, 213 North Race Street, Everman, Texas 76140.
