Required Permits

Any owner or owner’s authorized agent who intends to construct, enlarge, alter, repair, move demolish or change the occupancy of a building or structure, or to erect, install, enlarge, alter, repair, remove, convert or replace any electrical, gas, mechanical or plumbing system, the installation of which is regulated by the City of Everman Texas adopted codes, or to cause any such work to be performed, shall first make application to the City of Everman, TX and obtain the required permit.

Notice

Effective January 1, 2021, all permit applications must be submitted online through this website.
Individuals who submit plans that require an engineer review may be sent an invoice from the City of Everman.
* The Building/Fire official may require as much as ten (10) business days for plan review.

Attention Contractors

If you are not currently registered with the City of Everman, click on the Permit Application Portal on the left menu to easily register and begin the approval process.

Please note: incomplete applications will not be processed. No permits will be issued to unregistered contractors.
