The mission of the Everman Police Department is to effectively and efficiently provide for the protection of lives and property, preserve the public peace, and provide needed community services with the highest level of professionalism and ethical standards. We choose to do this with Integrity, Honesty, Fairness, Courage, and Compassion.

The Everman Police Department is comprised of 26 men & women who are dedicated to the protection and service of the citizens of Everman. We live by our 5 core values: Integrity, Honesty, Fairness, Courage, and Compassion. The Everman Police Department is comprised of several different divisions which include:
- Patrol Division
- School Resource Division
- Criminal Investigations Division
- Training
- Communications
We strive to provide the best services possible to the residents of our city. Our goal is to provide the safest environment possible for families and businesses to flourish. We do this through procedural justice and community policing. We rely on the strong relationships that we have with our community which is why we go by our motto: “See it, Hear it, Report it…”.
