RFQ/RFP NOTICE – CITY HALL EXPANSION & REMODEL
The City of Everman, Texas is accepting sealed Request for Qualifications / Request for Proposals (RFQ/RFP) for Design-Build services for the City Hall Expansion and Remodel project.
Sealed responses will be received by the City of Everman, c/o Craig Spencer, City Manager, at Everman City Hall, 212 N. Race Street, Everman, Texas 76140, until May 4th, 2026 at 5:00 p.m. (CST). Responses received after this time will not be considered. Names of respondents will be publicly read at the submission deadline.
A non-mandatory pre-submission meeting will be held on April 24, 2026 at 10:00 a.m. at Everman City Hall.
The project includes design and construction services of an approximately 3,500 +/- square foot addition to the existing facility. The addition is anticipated to include a new City Council Chambers, administrative office space, public service areas, and restrooms. In addition to the new construction, the project includes the interior renovation of the existing City Hall to improve functionality, efficiency, and public accessibility. This work includes, but is not limited to, expansion and enhancement of the public lobby and customer service areas, reconfiguration of interior walls and office layouts, installation of new flooring, finishes, and fixtures, upgrades to interior lighting systems, and modernization of building systems as needed.
