RFQ/RFP LEGAL NOTICE – ANIMAL SERVICES SHELTER CONVERSION
The City of Everman, Texas is accepting sealed responses to a Request for Qualifications / Request for Proposals (RFQ/RFP) for Design-Build services for the Animal Services Shelter Conversion project.
Sealed responses will be received by the City of Everman, c/o Craig Spencer, City Manager, at Everman City Hall, 212 N. Race Street, Everman, Texas 76140, until February 23, 2026 at 5:00 p.m. (CST). Responses received after this time will not be considered. Names of respondents will be publicly read at the submission deadline.
A non-mandatory pre-submission meeting will be held on February 13, 2026 at 10:00 a.m. at Everman City Hall.
The project includes design and construction services for the remodel of approximately 10,000 ± square feet of an existing municipal animal services shelter.
The City of Everman reserves the right to reject any or all submissions and waive informalities.
